Executive Consultants has created this privacy notice in order to make clear
its commitment to privacy.
Pioneer
Executive Consultants formed in 1970 is an executive placement firm performing
specialized disciplinary recruitment for the chemical, coatings, ink,
adhesives, plastics and building products industries.
Purpose
for which personal data is collected
Pioneer
Executive Consultants through industry connections, referrals, advertising and
recruiting collects resumes from candidates for referral to clients.
Resumes are received by mail, fax and electronic mail and placed in a secure
file for consideration and screening. Resumes appropriate to our
specialty are kept in our confidential files and accessed when needed by
Pioneer Executive Consultants employees.
Obtaining
consent
Candidates
chosen for specific position profiles are called, screened and interviewed
personally. They are advised if they are appropriate for a specific
position and permission is requested of all candidates to send personal
information (resume, cover letter) to our client. Once permission is
granted the resume is sent to the client.
Pioneer
Executive Consultants is required to enter into an agreement with a client that
requires such client to use the candidates resume solely for the purpose of
filling a job with the client for which the information was provided and not
disclosing the candidates resume outside the organization.
Maintenance
of collected information
The
personal information Pioneer Executive Consultants collects is used only by its
employees to respond to candidate(s)’/client(s)’ inquiries and to work on
specific tasks required to fill the candidates’, clients’ or Pioneer Executive
Consultants’ goals. E-mail addresses and telephone numbers provided to us
are used for regular communications with candidates when necessary.
Pioneer has taken measures to assure both the physical and electronic security of data we store.
Resumes
no longer needed for our filing database (outdated) or not considered within
our area of specialty are shredded and properly disposed off. Pioneer
Executive Consultants’ offices are equipped with an electronic security system.
Pioneer
Executive Consultants and its employees do not sell, rent or distributes
personal information to any businesses or individuals for purposes other then
outlined above.
